Old Owners Bungalow House Tour

So here is the Old Bungalow, we did a ton of changes and on the cheap too. You would be surprised what a good paint job, sanding, and furniture placement can do to update a home. Enjoy!




And finally the master bath, it got an overhaul.



Oh the red master, I really can't say how many nightmares this room gave me. The color alone is enough to send a buyer packing, but the placement of the bed and furniture was all wrong as well.



This is the third bedroom/office, its small and cute. We knocked out those two windows and put in french doors.



The fireplace, my favrotie spot. You cant tell from this picture but the marble is gorgeous and properly known as Alabama white marble. We had it cleaned and cleaned, trust me hire a professional cleaner to take years worth of neglect from an old fireplace.



The living room. The two colored walls and dated furniture made this room appear older and worn down.

Oh the wonderful dining room, with years of painted over chair rale. They didnt have this set up in a user friendly way.



The Front of our charming Bungalow, not much has changed yet....



Picture of our awseome back yard. See those two windows? My wonderful husband busted those out and added charming french doors. We needed another way to get to the kitchen. Improving floor plan flow = return on investment.



Second bedroom at the Bungalow, see that chair rale? It had years and years of paint, the paint went on the walls and completely over the chair rale. It was not fun getting that off.




Second bath at the Bungalow, we have added a few cosmetic changes, but it does have a certain vintage charm.
